What we collect
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive your name, address, town, postcode, phone number, email and the message you sent. If you WhatsApp us, we also receive your WhatsApp number and any messages, photos or voice notes you send.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, quote your project and, if we end up working together, stay in touch about the work. That is it. We do not sell data. We do not use it for marketing lists.
Where it lives
Form submissions are delivered through Resend (resend.com), which handles the email transport, and then land in our company inbox. WhatsApp messages live in WhatsApp. Written correspondence sits in our email system.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months so we can find past conversations. If we work together on a project, we keep project files and correspondence for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, in line with UK record-keeping norms.
Cookies
This web site does not set tracking cookies. We do not run analytics that identify individuals.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bluebucket.co.uk and we will respond within a working week.
